Terms & Conditions

Stacey Lawlor Communication provides child-focused online speech therapy, English language development, and professional communication coaching. Services are delivered online unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. Coaching and language services support communication development and do not guarantee employment, promotion, academic, or business outcomes.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm an appointment. A booking is confirmed only once availability, suitability, service type, and payment requirements have been reviewed and confirmed by Stacey Lawlor Communication.

Paid sessions and packages are payable by EFT unless another method is agreed in writing. Bank details are provided after a booking request has been reviewed. Payment may be required before a session is confirmed, and proof of payment may be requested.

Please request cancellations or rescheduling as early as possible. Unless a different written arrangement applies, at least 24 hours notice is required. Late cancellations, missed sessions, or repeated rescheduling may be charged, forfeited, or reviewed at Stacey Lawlor Communication's discretion. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances may be considered case by case.

Online sessions may be delivered through Zoom or a similar video platform. Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection, suitable device, quiet space, and any required adult supervision for a child session. If a session cannot proceed because of client-side technical difficulties, it may be treated as a late cancellation unless otherwise agreed.

Speech therapy services are child-focused and may require parent or guardian participation, consent, background information, home-practice support, and collaboration with educators or other professionals where appropriate. Online support may not be suitable for every child or every clinical need, and referral for in-person assessment or another professional opinion may be recommended.

Client portal access, documents, reports, resources, and meeting links are private and intended only for the relevant client, parent, guardian, or authorised user. Login details and private documents must not be shared publicly or used for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorised purpose.

Services are educational, therapeutic, coaching, or communication-support services within the agreed scope. They are not emergency services. If urgent medical, mental-health, safeguarding, or crisis support is needed, contact an appropriate emergency, healthcare, or local support service immediately.

Website content, session materials, resources, documents, videos, and methods remain the property of Stacey Lawlor Communication or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated. Materials may be used for the client's personal service-related purposes only and may not be copied, sold, published, or redistributed without written permission.

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. By using the website, submitting a booking request, joining an online session, or using the client portal, you agree that relevant information may be processed for service delivery, administration, legal compliance, and communication.

Services, pricing, availability, packages, and these terms may change from time to time. Confirmed bookings will be handled according to the terms agreed at the time of confirmation unless a later change is agreed in writing.
